Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription one click; you keep access until the end of the current billing period and then auto-revert to Free. No retention calls, no exit surveys.
What happens during the 7-day free trial?+
Full Pro/Pro+ access from day one. We won't bill you until day 7. Cancel any time before day 7 and you owe nothing. Your card is on file via Stripe so the transition is instant if you stay.
How does the annual discount work?+
Choose ANNUAL above and you pay for 10 months instead of 12. The 17% saving is applied at checkout; you can still cancel mid-year but refunds are pro-rated rather than full.
What counts as one AI Coach question on Free?+
One round-trip to the Coach API. A follow-up reply in the same thread also counts. Free tier resets monthly. If you hit 10 in a calendar month the paywall opens once with a one-tap upgrade — your existing thread keeps the context after you upgrade.
Is Onside owned by FPL or Premier League?+
No. Onside is an independent tool built on the official public FPL API. The engine is our own — engine v5 is a depth-2 GBT meta-stacker over 17 signals (xG, xMins, set-piece, defcon, bookmaker odds and more). Calibration is public and updated weekly.
What if the model is wrong?+
Every prediction surfaces a confidence band, and the calibration dashboard logs every miss — currently 0.86 MAE across 51,518 out-of-sample predictions. Our job is to be useful, not infallible: aim for the best probability-weighted call, then own the misses.
