Can I cancel any time?+
Yes — go to your account page and click Cancel subscription. Three clicks, no phone call. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it stops renewing and you revert to Free. Change your mind before that date and you can resume without paying again.
What happens during the 7-day free trial?+
Full Pro/Pro+ access from day one. We won't bill you until day 7. Cancel any time before day 7 and you owe nothing. Your card is on file via Stripe so the transition is instant if you stay.
How does the annual discount work?+
Until 30 September, 23:59 UK the Season Pass is £24.99 a year — 50% off the £49.99 annual price — and it renews at the same £24.99 for as long as you keep it. The price you join at is the price you keep. Pro monthly stays £4.99 today and moves to £5.99 on 1 October. Cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the paid period.
What counts as one AI Coach question on Free?+
One round-trip to the Coach API; a follow-up reply in the same thread also counts. Free gets 1 question a day. When you reach it the paywall opens once with a one-tap upgrade — your thread keeps its context after you upgrade.
Is Onside owned by FPL or Premier League?+
No. Onside is an independent tool built on the official public FPL API. The engine is our own, retrained weekly — how it is built stays proprietary.
What if the model is wrong?+
Every prediction surfaces a confidence band, and the calibration dashboard logs every miss. Our job is to be useful, not infallible: aim for the best probability-weighted call, then own the misses.
